-Handle inventory management, ordering, and cost controls

-Uphold a positive and solution-driven team environment

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role (Sous Chef, Jr. Sous, or Kitchen Manager)

-Strong background in kitchen operations, including scheduling and inventory

-Fine dining or modernist cuisine experience is a major asset

-Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

-Proven leadership and the ability to manage and grow a team

-Quick learner with a willingness to improve and adapt to new systems

-Open to constructive feedback and committed to personal and team development

-Proactive and efficient with a strong sense of urgency

-Valid Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
